Water Shut Off Reminder

If you require a water shut-off to make repairs in your unit, you must go through the Association to have the plumber and boiler company come to the community to provide shut-off services. Homeowners requiring a water shut-off will be responsible for paying for the vendor’s costs.
The homeowner requiring the shut-off will need to post flyers at all affected buildings at least 48 hours in advance, notifying other residents of the water shut-off.
