Community Upkeep
Posted By ddepledge on May 5, 2026
We would like to send a friendly reminder to all residents regarding community rules and expectations for maintaining the appearance and safety of our complex.
Recently, we have received multiple reports of items being left in common areas and on exterior portions of the buildings. To help keep our community clean, safe, and in compliance with HOA regulations, please review the following guidelines:
• Garage spaces are to be used for vehicle parking only and should not be used for general storage.
• Bicycles should not be left in common areas, walkways, or throughout the complex.
• Toys, strollers, bikes, and personal belongings may not be stored on staircases, landings, or near parking areas.
• Balconies and patios should not contain excessive storage or items that create a cluttered appearance.
• Plants, décor, or any objects may not be hung from railings, landings, or exterior building structures.
• Exterior lighting, including colored lights or string lights, is not permitted on the outside of units unless specifically approved by the HOA.
These rules are in place to maintain the safety, appearance, and property value of our community for all residents. We kindly ask everyone to review their area and make any necessary adjustments as soon as possible. We appreciate your cooperation and your help in keeping Las Brisas a clean and welcoming place to live.
Thank you!
