We would like to inform you that a hot water issue has been identified in multiple buildings within our community. Preliminary assessments suggest that a cross-connection issue may be the cause, which allows cold water to enter the hot water line. We are asking homeowners to check their individual shower valves, single-handle faucets, and heater valves to make sure they are in working order.
