Please note that there are no public EV charging stations at Las Brisas and plugging into a common area outlet in the garage or outside space is a violation of HOA policy. Doing so can trip an electrical circuit breaker which happened today. EVs must be charged using the owners’ permitted electrical charging outlets. Anyone who is identified as using a common area outlet to charge their vehicle will be sent a violation notice and may be fined by the Board of Directors.
