The Annual Meeting and Election of the Las Brisas at Huntington Beach owners was held on May 2, 2024. The Election of Directors was completed and one (1) candidate was elected. The candidate elected to serve a one (1) year term is Ray Jandga. The other incumbent Directors not up for reelection this year are Del Husain and Ethan Rogers. All Director positions will be up for reelection in 2025. The next annual meeting will be scheduled for April 2025 in accordance with the Bylaws. Thanks to homeowner Matthew Deye for serving as the volunteer inspector of elections again and to all of the owners who completed and mailed their ballots to allow the Association to achieve quorum again in 2024.
