The pool and spa are temporarily closed while the pool vendor investigates an equipment issue. They will let us know when it can be reopened. The Board of Directors has again elected to turn the pool heater off for the winter in order to save on the cost of gas and electricity. The spa heater will remain on for year round use. The pool heater will remain off from November 1, 2023 until May 1, 2024. Please adhere to the posted pool area rules and regulations for Las Brisas.
