The Association pool heater has been turned on again for the summer and the pool is available for resident use. As a reminder, the association pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. Please be respectful of your neighbors. Remember that sound carries! If you hear loud and/or rowdy parties after 10:00 PM, please call the police.

No glass or bottles are allowed in the pool area. If you have guests using the pool, the homeowner must be home and they need to know the address and unit number. Please note that any violation of the pool rules, including being rowdy or allowing pets in the pool area, will result in a hearing notice being sent to the owner of the property, at which the Board can fine the owner for any violations committed by the owner or their tenants or guests.

Residents are reminded that pets are not allowed in the pool area at any time.   The Association will issue warning letters and can impose a fine on the owner of the pet up to $150.00 for failure to comply. This is also a Huntington Beach Health Code violation.
