Pool and Spa Update

The Board of Directors has elected to turn the pool heater off for the winter in order to save on the cost of gas and electricity. The spa heater will remain on for year round use. The pool heater will remain off until April 1, 2023. Please adhere to the posted pool area rules and regulations for Las Brisas.
