Residents and guests are reminded to park in legal parking spaces only. All residents have assigned parking spaces that are deeded with the property. There are also designated guest parking spots available for those times when a guest is temporarily parked in the community. There have been several occurrences of people parking illegally in the handicap or no parking areas by the trash bins. These areas must remain clear for that specific use only. The association has the authority to tow illegally parked vehicles as necessary.
