Please be aware that the Association is attempting to clean up the community by sending out notices to residents who need to spruce up their carports, balconies, patios, etc.

Please also be aware that the Orange County Fire Authority was recently on site to perform inspections, and found that there were several units in violation of an ordinance that forbids charcoal burning barbecues on patios and balconies. If they find them again, they will be issuing fines.
