This is a friendly reminder, that you are not supposed to leave any construction material or other large bulky items outside of the dumpster enclosures.

Construction material must be hauled away as our contractors charge extra to pick these items up.  If you have a large item to be picked up, please make sure to contact Action Property Management and let them know what it is and what dumpster it is located at and they will arrange for an extra pickup.
